We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy allows returns within 7 calendar days after delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility

- Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Must be in original packaging with tags attached
- Items with 20% or more discount (including sale items), accessories, swimwearshoes, and merch items are not eligible for return
- Items must be unworn and in original condition


Process

2. Select items you wish to return and specify the reason

3. Upload photos of the items if required for your return reason

4. Print the prepaid return label provided in your confirmation email

5. Package items securely and attach the return label

6. Ship to: Styled By Grace, 431 Schofill Road, Fort Valley, GA 31030, United States

Processing begins once we receive your returned items at our facility.


Refunds

- Refunds processed as store credit only upon manual approval
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Store credit issued to your account with no expiration date
- Full refund amount credited (no processing or restocking fees)


Exchanges

Exchanges are not available - all returns must be processed as refunds to your original payment method.


Shipping

- Customer pays return shipping costs for all standard returns and exchanges
- We cover shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong items sent to you
